November 2020 eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ms.niedersachsen.de\/startseite\/aktuelles\/presseinformationen\/allgemeinverfugung-zum-arbeitszeitgesetz-194141.html\">Allgemeinverf\u00fcgung des Sozialministeriums<\/a>, welches aufgrund der Corona Krise eine Wochenarbeitszeit von 60 Stunden in der Pflege verordnet hat. Die H\u00f6chstarbeitszeit steigt f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigte in Kliniken und Pflegeheimen auf bis zu 12 Stunden t\u00e4glich. Bis zum 31. Das hei\u00dft, wenn es zu Covid-Ausbr\u00fcchen in Pflegeheimen oder in Krankenh\u00e4usern kommt, und Pflegepersonal sowie \u00c4rztinnen und \u00c4rzte in Quarant\u00e4ne m\u00fcssen, k\u00f6nnen Mehrschichtensysteme und Arbeitsbl\u00f6cke angewendet werden. Dies soll den weiteren Ausbruch des Virus unter Pflegepersonal, Not- und Rettungsdiensten, \u00c4rzten usw. verringern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Niedersachsens Sozialministerin Dr. Carola Reimann (SPD) erkl\u00e4rte, dass die neue Regelung <strong>keine Verpflichtung<\/strong> dazu w\u00e4re, 60 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten. Sollte allerdings von der M\u00f6glichkeit Gebrauch gemacht werden, sind die Arbeitgeber dazu verpflichtet, die geleistete Mehrarbeit auszugleichen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:500px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#d1d1d1;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kritik seitens der Gr\u00fcnen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gesundheitspolitische Sprecherin der Partei, Meta Janssen-Kucz, kritisierte die Verf\u00fcgung am 3. November 2020: \u201eDie Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen wieder ausbaden, was die Politik seit langem vers\u00e4umt hat. Wir brauchen dringend mehr Personal und Entlastung f\u00fcr die vorhandenen Fachkr\u00e4fte in der Pflege.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Gr\u00fcnen wollen nun einen Antrag in den Landtag einbringen, um die Allgemeinverf\u00fcgung des Sozialministeriums nichtig zu machen. Zudem fordern sie ein Freiwilligenregister, wodurch Freiwillige aus Pflegefachbereichen, welche derzeit nicht in der Pflege t\u00e4tig sind, gewonnen werden k\u00f6nnen. Weiterhin schlagen sie vor, Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte von T\u00e4tigkeiten, wie Verwaltungsaufgaben oder der Essensversorgung der Patienten, zu befreien.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:500px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#d1d1d1;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kritik seitens der Gewerkschaft ver.di<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.verdi.de\/\">Gewerkschaft ver.di<\/a> bem\u00e4ngelte die Entscheidung des Sozialministeriums, da die Pflege ohnehin schon stark belastet sei. Ver.dis Landesfachbereichsleiter David Matrai: \u201eIn der jetzigen Situation muss es darum gehen, sie zu entlasten \u2013 nicht zus\u00e4tzlich zu belasten. Eine Aush\u00f6hlung des Arbeitsschutzes ist f\u00fcr uns daher der v\u00f6llig falsche Weg.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laut ver.di sind Tarifvertr\u00e4ge der Gewerkschaft und deren Arbeitszeitregelungen weiterhin g\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:500px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#d1d1d1;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kritik seitens der Pflegekammer Niedersachsen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pflegekammer-nds.de\/\">Die Pflegekammer Niedersachsen<\/a>, welche kurz vor ihrer Aufl\u00f6sung steht, kritisiert ebenfalls das Vorgehen des Landes. \u201eMonatelang hat das Land verschlafen, die medizinischen Einrichtungen auf die zweite Welle der Corona-Pandemie vorzubereiten. Jetzt sollen wieder die Besch\u00e4ftigten in den systemrelevanten Berufen unter Einsatz ihrer eigenen Gesundheit die Situation retten.\u201c, so die Pflegekammerpr\u00e4sidentin Nadya Klarmann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zudem bem\u00e4ngelte sie die Vorgehensweise der Regierung, die Pflegeberufe attraktiver zu gestalten. Die Allgemeinverf\u00fcgung w\u00fcrde Pfleger aus ihren Berufen treiben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201eDie Landesregierung macht nicht nur eine Politik vorbei an den Interessen der Pflegenden, sie torpediert sogar das jahrelange Bem\u00fchen, Pflegeberufe attraktiver, sowohl f\u00fcr die derzeit Besch\u00e4ftigten als auch den dringend ben\u00f6tigten Nachwuchs, zu machen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Gesundheitssystem werde nicht zusammenbrechen wegen fehlenden Betten oder Beatmungsger\u00e4ten, sondern aufgrund der \u00dcberlastung an Pflegefachpersonen, verk\u00fcndete Frau Klarmann.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:500px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#d1d1d1;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Niedersachsen ist bislang das einzige Bundesland, welches zum zweiten Mal eine Allgemeinverf\u00fcgung, zur Erh\u00f6hung der Arbeitszeit auf bis zu 60 Wochenstunden, anhob.
