Januar 2020. Hierdurch wurden die drei bestehenden Pflegeausbildungen: Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, sowie Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflege abgel\u00f6st und durch die neue <strong>generalistische Pflegeausbildung<\/strong> ersetzt. Jetzt sind alle Auszubildenden nach ihrer Absolvierung in der Lage, Menschen aller Alters- und Pflegegruppen zu versorgen. Der neue Pflegeberuf hei\u00dft: <strong>Pflegefachfrau bzw. Pflegefachmann hat man eine generalistische Ausbildung hinter sich, wodurch man in allen Pflegebereichen t\u00e4tig werden kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Zum Beispiel kann man in der <strong>Altenpflege<\/strong> t\u00e4tig werden. Hier arbeitet man in Seniorenheimen oder Wohnanlagen f\u00fcr betreutes Wohnen. Alten Menschen wird zum Beispiel bei der Nahrungsaufnahme oder beim Waschen, bei sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten oder pers\u00f6nlichen Angelegenheiten geholfen. Auch die Dosierung und Verabreichung von Medikamenten z\u00e4hlt zu den Aufgaben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Entscheidet die Pflegefachfrau bzw. der Pflegefachmann sich nach der Ausbildung f\u00fcr die T\u00e4tigkeit in der <strong>Heilerziehungspflege<\/strong>, dann ist sie bzw. er in Pflegeheimen, in sozialen Einrichtungen oder bei ambulanten Diensten im Einsatz. Der Arbeitsalltag dreht sich um Menschen mit einer Behinderung. Durch Freizeitaktivit\u00e4ten und Ausfl\u00fcge f\u00f6rdert die Pflegefachfrau bzw. der Pflegefachmann, neben der generellen Pfleget\u00e4tigkeit, so auch die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit der Patienten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In der station\u00e4ren oder ambulanten Pflege in Krankenh\u00e4usern und Kliniken arbeiten die Pflegefachfrauen und -m\u00e4nner, welche sich intensiv mit der <strong>Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege<\/strong> besch\u00e4ftigen. Hier werden alle Patienten betreut und gepflegt \u2013 zum Beispiel werden Wunden versorgt, Verb\u00e4nde gewechselt, Blut abgenommen, es wird w\u00e4hrend Operationen assistiert und vieles mehr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In der <strong>Kinderkrankenpflege<\/strong> ist man in Krankenh\u00e4usern auf Stationen f\u00fcr Kinder, Jugendliche oder S\u00e4uglinge, in Kinderkliniken und Kinderheimen, in Facharztpraxen f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche und bei ambulanten Pflegediensten t\u00e4tig. Zu den Aufgaben z\u00e4hlen zum Beispiel \u00e4rztlich veranlasste Ma\u00dfnahmen auszuf\u00fchren sowie bei Untersuchungen und Behandlungen zu assistieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die Patientendaten zu dokumentieren ist in jedem Pflegebereich \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig, um R\u00fcck- und Fortschritte zu \u00fcberwachen. Auch verwaltende T\u00e4tigkeiten, wie das Nachbestellen von Materialien oder die Abrechnungen von Pflegedienstleistungen, geh\u00f6ren dazu.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"text-align:center;\"><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-default fusion-button-default button-1 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mein-pflegejob.de\/blog\/pflege-gehalt\/\"><span class=\"fusion-button-text\">Was verdient eine Pflegekraft?<\/span><\/a><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:500px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#d1d1d1;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2 id=\"ausbildung\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Wie wird man Pflegefachfrau bzw. Pflegefachmann?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die generalistische Pflegeausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau bzw. zum Pflegefachmann dauert drei Jahre. Durch das erfolgreiche Ablegen einer staatlichen Pr\u00fcfung wird die Ausbildung abgeschlossen. Die generalistische Pflegeausbildung besteht aus einem theoretischen und einem praktischen Teil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In der Berufsschule lernt man den Unterschied zwischen der station\u00e4ren und der ambulanten Pflege sowie der Akut- und Langzeitpflege. Das bedeutet, die Pflege f\u00fcr Menschen nach einem Unfall f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zeitraum, und die Pflege f\u00fcr Menschen, die ihr Leben lang Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigen. Auch der Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Pflegegruppen wird beigebracht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die ersten beiden Ausbildungsjahre sind f\u00fcr alle Auszubildenden gleich. Daraufhin erfolgt eine schulische Zwischenpr\u00fcfung. Die k\u00fcnftigen Pflegefachfrauen und -m\u00e4nner k\u00f6nnen in allen Pflegebereichen t\u00e4tig werden, allerdings besteht auch w\u00e4hrend der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung die M\u00f6glichkeit sich zu spezialisieren. Hier hat man die M\u00f6glichkeit innerhalb von drei Jahren den Berufsabschluss als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann mit dem akademischen Grad Bachelor of Science zu erwerben.
