Dabei sind Heime und Pflegedienste verzweifelt auf der suche nach Personal, der bestehende Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel ist allseits bekannt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wie die Entwicklung jedoch zeigt, werden von Jahr zu Jahr deutlich weniger Besch\u00e4ftigte in der Altenpflege gewonnen. Denn der prozentuale Zuwachs an Besch\u00e4ftigten sinkt j\u00e4hrlich.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:32px;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Doch ein Zuwachs an Besch\u00e4ftigten sollte doch ein positives Zeichen sein?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:32px;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nicht ganz. Die Zahlen steigen zwar j\u00e4hrlich, allerdings gibt es keine Ver\u00e4nderungen bzw. Verbesserungen beim Personalmangel sowie bei der Arbeitsbelastung. Wird der aktuelle Zustand, also ein Zuwachsr\u00fcckgang, betrachtet, so ist die Entwicklung beunruhigend.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:32px;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Konkrete Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr diesen negativen Trend k\u00f6nnen zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht endg\u00fcltig abgeleitet werden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201eAber klar ist, dass es mit den bisherigen politischen Ma\u00dfnahmen nicht gelingt, dem seit Jahren bestehenden Personalmangel in der Langzeitpflege etwas entgegenzusetzen&#8220;, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich Christel Bienstein (Pr\u00e4sidentin des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dbfk.de\/de\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deutschen Berufsverbands f\u00fcr Pflegeberufe<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;max-width:32px;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Der Druck, handeln zu m\u00fcssen, wird in den kommenden Jahren nicht abnehmen.
